From renting out private rooms to hotel group specialist Quehenberger.

More than 50 years ago, Peter Quehenberger's parents laid the foundation by renting out private rooms – at first with shower and WC in the hallway and breakfast at the family table. With hard work and much diligence, the small business could soon be extended. As time passed, the small private boarding house grew into a hotel with two annexes. And in the course of renovation and reconstruction, the hotel was modernised and furnished in the traditional style of Salzburger Land.

By now, the name Quehenberger is known across many a border. Peter's wife, Elke, always actively supports her husband, and the two children Helene and Alexander are also already actively involved in the business. The combination of hospitality and passion which characterises both Elke and Peter Quehenberger as well as the long-term and loyal staff, ensures every guest enjoys their holiday to the fullest.
