Do you also accept groups or clubs?
Yes, we specialise in group tours, club outings and coach groups. With our many years of experience, personalised service and suitable facilities, we offer the perfect setting for a relaxing stay in the region. We’d be happy to provide bespoke quotes – group tours are available by request only.
When can I check in and out?
Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. Early check-in or late check-out is available on request,
subject to availability and for an additional fee. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.

Yes, free parking for cars and motorcycles is available around the main building and annex. A covered parking space (carport) can be reserved for an additional fee.

Dogs are only allowed upon request. Please inform us when booking. An additional cleaning fee applies. Please note: For health and safety reasons, dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, the pool and sauna area, or on the beds.
Is breakfast included – and when is it served?
Yes, our breakfast buffet is available daily from 7:15 to 9:30 a.m. – with fresh products, a wide selection, and lots of care.
Can I prepare or eat my own food in the room?
Please note that, for hygienic and safety reasons, preparing or eating brought-in food in the rooms is not permitted. However, you are welcome to enjoy your own meals in our cozy guest lounge on the lower floor, which is available at all times.
Is there a seminar room?
Yes, we offer a modern seminar room with a projector, available on request – ideal for meetings or group events of up to 20 to 25 people.
Does the ski bus stop at the hotel?
Yes, the ski bus stops directly in front of our hotel – making it easy and stress-free to reach the nearby ski areas.
Is there a guest card or discounts available?
Yes, with the Maishofen Discount Booklet and the Guest Mobility Ticket, you can travel for free by bus and train throughout the Salzburg region and benefit from many local discounts.
Can I store my bike or skis safely?
Absolutely – we offer a secure bike and ski storage area with plenty of space.
Are there charging stations for e-bikes?
Yes, we provide our own e-bike charging stations directly at the hotel – free of charge and easy to use.
Are bathrobes and towels available?
Towels for the pool and sauna area are provided. Bathrobes are available on request for a small fee.
